About Me
I'm a lot of things.
Conversationalist. Language junkie. Mathematician. Road tripper. Dog mom. Substitute karaoke host. Chronic tryer of new things.
The kind of person who always returns the grocery cart to the corral.
I took the long way to where I am. From the US Army, to college, to being a math professor, to more college, to conversational design. I finally found what I love to do: write the computer side of human-computer interactions.
Chatbots, IVRs, whenever you talk to automation, I want it to be a great experience. I want to automate the nonsense so that the humans only have to handle the hard stuff. I want it to be so good that you'd rather deal with the automation than talk to a real person.

I’m in rural Blackstone, MA, and spend most of my free time playing with my dog and restoring my antique convertible.
